Frequently asked questions
Are travel costs included in the package or billed separately?
All shoots within the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area include travel at no extra charge. Projects beyond a 40-mile radius are billed a simple mileage rate, and overnight lodging is added only when required and approved in advance.
Do you travel for photo shoots outside Dallas-Fort Worth?
Yes. We regularly cover assignments across Texas and neighboring states. Share the location and timeline, and we’ll quote a clear travel add-on so there are no surprises.
Can I customize a photography package to fit my needs?
Absolutely. Start with a baseline package, then add or remove services (drone stills, vertical reels, twilight sessions, expedited edits, 360 cam, multiple photographers) so you pay only for the elements you need.
Is a deposit required, and what if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Yes. To reserve your date we require a signed agreement and a 30 percent booking retainer. If you cancel, the retainer is non-refundable because we hold the date for you exclusively. If you need to reschedule and give at least 14 days’ notice, we apply the retainer to the new date at no extra cost (subject to availability). Reschedules inside 14 days or same-day cancellations may incur an additional fee to cover lost time and staffing.
